Complaints may be made directly via our contact form or by email to info[@]ncbpt.org.uk, detailing the nature of your complaint and how you would like it to be remedied.

We undertake to:

  • acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receipt
  • without undue delay, take appropriate steps to investigate and keep people informed
  • and tell you the outcome.
