The Folly attracts a wide range of visitors each year. As the first face our visitors see, the welcome team guarantees a warm greeting for every visitor. The visitor welcome volunteers answer questions about The Folly and help interpret the building to our visitors. They also process admission tickets and sales through the till on the admissions desk.
The team helps make The Folly accessible to everyone by opening and closing up, and monitoring exhibition spaces for anything out of place.
