Museum of North Craven Life:

Enterprise Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced enterprise manager to contribute to the future development of NCBPT through managing our operations, growing our commercial income and leading our Trading Company team, including the Coffee House Manager, Retail Associate and Coffee House staff.

Working across the organisation, alongside full- and part-time staff, volunteers, trustees and directors of the Trading Company, the postholder will be responsible for managing the organisation’s commercial revenue and profitability and our day-to-day operations.

Interview date: In-person interviews will take place on Wednesday 18th March. If necessary, there will be a shortlisting round of interviews by zoom on Monday 16th March.

Shortlisted candidates can request an evening interview at their discretion. Candidates will be asked to complete a short task to assess their skills.  Information about the task will be circulated with invitations to interview.
